I tried the demo and although some bugs is very immersive and interesting.
This looks really good for early access so far. Will definitely need to pay more attention to this one. This mining system seems better than Star Citizen from what I have seen from the videos.
This game deserves greater visibility and support. It's a one-man job. I'm really hoping he gets to launch the game in early access and so get the resources to put his ideas into practice. I was impressed with the demo available.
Didn't know it was a single developer doing all this. Looks great so far and yes this game does need more attention because it looks great and has a lot of potential. Especially for those waiting on SC to complete.
This reminds me of Flagship, not really a player of RTS games myself but this might be worth a look.
According to the vid early access is postponed until March next year and a new demo and a Kickstarter will be launched in Dec
If you try the demo on steam, it´s more than an RTS....
First person gameplay...
Might wait until they update the demo in Dec.
If anyone is interested in participating in closed beta
Another vid about the game, it looking good.
Kickstart happing second week of Jan https://steamcommunity.com/games/INTERSTELLARPRIME/announcements/detail/1702821402267453894
And they are having some sort of stream today https://steamcommunity.com/games/INTERSTELLARPRIME/announcements/detail/3225038806746947241
Kickstarter has been delayed for 1 month as he tries to figure out what rewards it should have.
Seems a bit late in the day to be doing that.
They are going to have a booth at PAK East (where ever that is) with a VR set up https://steamcommunity.com/games/INTERSTELLARPRIME/announcements/detail/1700574043376604826
Demo just been updated on Steam and they say the will be stating the Kickstarter next week https://steamcommunity.com/games/INTERSTELLARPRIME/announcements/detail/1755745676236551020
New trailer for the game and I guess the Kickstarter should be starting next week if they are on schedule.
And they have gone live on Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1325466933/interstellar-prime
Modest $30,000, think they will have a good chance of getting that.
Not doing too well as they are about half way through the Kickstarter and they seem to have flatlined.
They need to be doing a lot more updates as it looks like they have only done 3 since the start of the Kickstarter.
5 days to go and not at the half way point yet, so it looks like they not going to do it.
But it looks like they have only done 3 update in the last 25 days and that is no way to run a Kickstart, as it gives the impression you have no intrest in your own game.
Amazingly they have hit their target on Sat, well done and lets hope the roll the game out soon.
New vid of testing the new main character, looks like they still got some work to do on the animation, although it may be down to the capture software. But he does fall through the ship at the end.
Couple of vids have pop up showcasing ground combat and a city, nice as I was not even aware this would be in the game.
The visuals look good, but the animations and interactions definitely need a lot of work or it was the video they took, everything seemed slow. But if the devs can bring it all together it looks like it will be fun.
The character movements had like the same lag/slow feel as Star Citizen had in its early days and in some areas still has. As long as Interstellar Prime is released before SC they should be good 🙂
The combat vid a WIP, so should get better, still very surprised see it as I thought the game was RTS with a 3d bridge bit.
Another sneak peek vid.
Short vid testing the zero G effect.
