If you have downloaded the game itself, then that is all you really need to get started. Most of the stuff available in the downloads here are either mods or modding tools or tutorials to teach you how to mod so they are not technically "needed" to get the game up and running. I would recommend doing the mission tutorials included with the stock game in order to get familiar with how to play, then start exploring the meriad of modding options available. Or if it is included in this updated version. However, it doesn't matter for now since I can't even download it as I mentioned in the download thread. Tried four times. I pointed zero that he can also download the vox, sstgs, music and voice files separately to get all the files as well.
