To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

The trials and tribulations of the crew of the Tempest-class battleship Clear Skies, and her captain John Rourke. Filmed using Half-Life 2 for the acting scenes and EVE Online for the space scenes, these movies are the best pieces of Machinima art I have ever seen. Impressive would be an understatement.
If you're even slightly into Sci-Fi (which you must be if you're reading this), do yourself a favor and download these movies. Oh, and make yourself some extra-buttered pop corn because these movies clock in at just under an hour each !!!

I'll have to watch it this weekend. Thanks for this I watched a few minutes and looks great, like how they used HL2 engine and EVE in game shots to make the movie.
