The Badlands cluster, 100 years after the first Independence War.
Your father was killed by the Corporations for a bad debt and you have spent 5 years rotting in jail for trying to get justice. Now it's time for vengeance.

Now it's time to turn back the Corporations before they corrupt the entire Universe. Now it's time to take control of the universe's most advanced interstellar hardware and wage war in the greatest space-sim ever conceived.

Command four space vessels and a band of revolutionary pirates into an all-consuming battle against impossible odds, because there just isn't enough Space for everyone!

After the release of IWAR on GOG a few months ago, it looks like they ported the sequel. Same price as the original. $5.99

A little different from the first I-War but I did like the game and the mission system is sometimes a bit vague but I think that is intentional. The story is actually quite entertaining once you get more into the game I enjoyed it and should play it again soon because its been a few years. There is some mods for the game and this site has some good info as well http://www.i-war2.com/ .

Hey I did the same thing! 😆 But at least it's nice to know the first I-War (Deluxe Edition) is on there too as is the magnificent Freespace 1 & 2.

I 've bought both games, even though I have the boxed versions.

Nothing wrong with that CaptainKal, after all its best to keep your originals tucked away and safe and of course you would always have the original manuals to hand if you need them. I did the same with the RTS "Earth" series.
