To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

This is Rafi from Bangladesh, and I've been a fan of space themed games since I laid hands on my first; Wing Commander Academy.
This love has endured the test of time so far and I've looked far and wide for games I can really get into.

X3 Reunion, Terran Conflict
Naev (open source gem)
Star Wolves (all games)
Space Pirates and Zombies
Starsector (previously Starfarer)
MMOs:
Star Trek Online (current)
Eve Online (left it; I'm not hardcore enough)
I've played other games on and off, but mostly been held back by how hard it is to get ones hands on games here in Bangladesh (not to mention expensive).
It's amazing to see so many new space titles over the horizon and I'm itching o get my hands on as many as I can. Just wish this space game boom had happened ~14 years back when I actually had the time to play all day. 🙂

Same here :biggrin: must be at least 50 to100 in development at the moment and it was only a couple of years ago you could have counted the number of games being made on one hand.
