I remember playing a Space Ship game, when I was younger.
Belive it was around 1995.
You saw the Space Ship from above, and it was centered in the screen.
The ship was flying forward through astroids, hostile spaceships etc., and when you shot different thing, you could enlarge your spaceship, so it got wider, more guns etc. etc.
Any Idea?
I assume it was a 2D game? Vertical scrolling or side scrolling? Or was it more like asteroids (with a ship that is always in the center of the view)
First game that came to my mind is Raptor Call of the shadows. But I'm not sure its that game since the players craft is a fighter jet, although there are some enemies that look like space ships I guess.
The gameplay is a lot like Raptor. I also remember that game <img src="' http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//icon_e_smile.gi f"' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
Sorry, not that game either.
The way the Space Ship flew, was just like Raptor.
Maybe you could accelrate forward and backwards, and move from site to site.
