I've done that one too dbyspy! Comes from being too used to how Elite II worked methinks. Older players like me forget sometimes!

To maintain compatibility with Pioneer engine you should install this:

 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install g++-4.9

 

Tell me if it work.

Ok good , I discover a bug, I thing, when I go to the market for commodities, if the stock of the commodities is 0 as zero, the program crash if you select it, ...and I'm not in pause mode

Buy or sell same problem encountered, yes I understand, who want buy nothing... but just selecting the 0 stock commodity and you'er out of the game with an error code window frame. 

 

Check last item at 0, after I selected it the error message appear.

I see. It is a small change I made at the last minute on the key language NONE_FOR_SALE_IN_THIS_STATION by NONE_FOR_SALE and updated it only in Spanish. I forgot  to make changes in all other languages.

Hola,

 

Just idea, will it be nice if at ship resale, we can have a thumbnail of what the ship look like before we buying it. Just an idea.

 

Otra cosa, in the part market, the shield generator, could it be more like commodities amount choice to buy, instead of one by one with the pop up windows for each one we buy?

What I remember is, I try to resale or buy a ship, or try to revisit the resale windows more than ones in the time I was docked in a station.

For me, it is the first time I saw it too. It's the first time I go on and off the resale in same session.

I found a pretty annoying bug.

 

Sometimes, the game ends and exits without any error message when entering an inhabited system.

This little patch MOD format, solves this problem: ScoutPlusG27fFixPatch01.zip

 

I make a trip to the 21st Century  and will be away for the weekend. Any doubt the answer next week.

 

Excuse the annoyances.

Sorry if this has been answered, but when I tell autopilot to fly to the vicinity of Pluto Research Base, my ship starts flying backwards and crashes into Pluto. Am I doing something wrong?

@DtheZombie Think of it as an attempt to stay true to the original Frontier, by having the auto pilot not being 100%. Pluto "brings out the worst" of the auto pilot I think, since it's so far away, any small miscalculation in speed can have disastrous effects. Usually works fine though.

There are some destinations that have problems, Pluto Research Base is one of them.  🙁

 

In this cases, for safe flight the autopilot must fly to vicinity of the main planet of the space station and not directly to the space station.

 

Example:

 

1) Press F2, F7, find and "click" over Pluto

2) Press F4, "Autopilot: Fly to vicinity of Pluto"

3) Press F4, "Autopilot: Fly to vicinity of Pluto Research Base"

4) Press F4, "Autopilot: Dock with Pluto Research Base"

Pioneer Scout Plus G28f is released!

This new version, like the previous ones, is based on the latest version of Pioneer engine with the latest mergers considered reliable and useful for Scout+.

 

Changes in this version:

 

* Following the mode of continuous improvement, are many and important the internal changes to improve performance of scripts and to avoid possible errors. The player experience is a priority here.

 

* auto-combat - Depuration of a lot of code of auto-combat, results in a better performance of the function.

 

* missile-launch - Better behavior of missiles to the case of a target jumping into hyperspace.

 

* hitman - The objectives of hitman missions can now escape by jumping into hyperspace, but thanks to jumping tracker you now have the possibility to pursue them across the galaxy, if necessary, to accomplish your mission successfully.

 

* Lot of code was rewritten and improved in modules SAR and CargoRun. Many detected bugs were fixed.

 

* Major changes in the mission generator system that improve the speed and accuracy in the calculation of the expiration date, which prevents compliance missions impossible. It also reduces the processing load, avoiding undesirable effects.

 

* Hundreds of lines of code in internal modules were rewritten. Pioneer Scout Plus is now more faster, more reliable, and more fun.
