To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

I just got an e-mail with that title. I'm afraid to open it, thinking it may be some sort of scam or trojan. Has anyone else received this?
It is legit. They just want you to check that the keys attached to your account were the ones you added.

I received it too. It appears legit. But for me it claims to be merely informative
Thanks guys! Maybe I'm paranoid but it's good to be careful.
If it were nobody-knows-what-kind of pishing it would claim for a reply or account pass in every mail they sent. And it appears not to be the case.
I think like you and stay alert the first time I do receive a new kind of mail like this. It´s healthy...
