To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Same here really enjoyed the first one, but these Marvel sequels can be hit or miss.
They are hit or miss because the source material is all over the place. The comic version of guardians is FAR more convoluted with a constantly changing cast, and VERY different characters.
That being said, I far prefer Guardians 1 over all other marvel hero movies. Then again, I can emphasize with outlaws far more than I can heroes.
Anyway, super hyped, but if its a different director I don't know if I will like it. That specific style James Gunn had, is what really made the first movie.
Has anyone seen this yet? How does it compare to the first one?
Finally saw this and was pretty impressed and they seem to do a bit more character development so you get a bit attached to characters. The visuals were great and the action sequences were good and had me laughing in a lot of spots.
See this one, this is probably better than the first one....?
good sequel enjoyed the film and it had kurk Russell in it.
