To all SSC Station occupants

Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.

Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

This should be coming any day now.... and I will probably give me once a year load up of Star Citizen to check out the progress. I definitely liked the info that came out of CitizenCon lets just hope they can hit the goals and get this game to more of a stable state so mass consumption of the content can be used and tested.

Nice little video that shows you graphically the enhancements over v3.7.2, I know they are trying to make the perfect game... but just get all the mechanics into the game so everyone can start playing it and make these gfx adjustments in patches to everyone over time. Some of these changes seem like they took some effort and could be taking away from the goal of getting a released game. But that's my .02

You're right D1 but given the size of the dev team it's most certainly made of software specialists who cannot easily switch from one line of work to another. This would explain why the graphics still get improved while the gameplay is lagging behind.
