To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Looking forward to seeing the boxed version and hopefully we will see it before Christmas if Iceberg get their act together.
Good quote at the end of the review.
What I enjoy about Starpoint Gemini 2 is its willingness to leave me alone in the universe it puts on display, while also using careful and dynamic design to ensure thereÒ⬙s always a new goal to chase after. Most satisfying is that I get to decide what kind of adventurer I want to be: the crusty freighter captain, the fly-by-night smuggler, or the faction outcast. ItÒ⬙s all there to play. SG2 gives me a dynamic backdrop, great visuals, and thoughtful music so I can build my off-world identity. ItÒ⬙s where I want to be.
Edit Just been having a look around and I think the boxed edition came out on Friday the 10, will find out for sure this weekend.
I read this the other day, I am hoping to get enough playtime this week to write my own hopefully soon. It is definitely a good leap forward compared to SPG1.
Just bought the game this morning, must say that Iceberg have done nice job with the boxed version as you get a manual small art book and a double sided A3 size poster with a star map of Gemini on one side, bit of shame they forgot to add a key to what all the symbols mean.
Still waiting for Steam to add about a GB of date to the installation.
