To all SSC Station occupants

Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.

Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Green Lantern is top of my list - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1133985/

Even though Wolverine the movie wasn't that spectacular it was still good because it focused on one/two characters (wolverine and sabertooth). I would like to see more character movies from the X-men, especially Magneto and Professor X.

I want to see the bad guys win for once, so a movie about Galactus would be great.

Shame Batman killed off the Joker in the Dark Knight it would have been great to see that character again even if heath ledger couldn't do it.

PREACHER. But I guess hollywood would just mess it up...

Heard HBO was gonna do 66 part series based on the format of the original books. But so far that's failed to appear.

If you've never read it. There is a 9 issue collected GN series still available. It's pretty cool. I'd certainly recommend it.

I would like to see Lije Baley, Harry Seldon & R.Daneel in a series of movies. Basically it's long overdue that Isaac Asimov's Foundation series was made into movies. But would todays audiences come to grips with a 10,000 year story line? 😕

A start was made by I Robot, but it had little in common with the book. 🙁
