To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Looks like the game will be released on Steam on the 2nd of April.
We're finally able to share news about VoidExpanse release date! AtomicTorch Studio proudly announces that our first game - VoidExpanse launches on Steam April 2nd for PC, Mac and Linux.
It was almost two years of hard work, building of important relationships, a time of difficult decisions, studying new things, correcting mistakes and looking into the future. Now we are ready to start the next chapter and we would like to thank our community and everyone who helped us – without you, guys, we wouldn't have come this far!
The price of the game is set at $14.99 USD, with prices for certain regions adjusted as per Steam recommendations. We are not planning to raise the price, plus all future updates to VoidExpanse will be free forever.
Note: if you have already purchased the game in our store you can also receive a Steam key. You may also synchronize your previously created saves, settings and other data when you run the game in Steam client for the first time.

That it is not the end, of course, moreover – this moment is a start of very important time when we could see what our work is worth of. We really don't know what will come out and we hope for the best.

Pretty fun. Lots to see and do. Its like EV NOVA had a baby with Space Rangers for lack of a better comparison. EV Nova felt alot more dangerous, but that could just be me in the starter system. I'm sure factional warfare is pretty intense.
Definately worth the money!
