OK, it seems I am dumb and have now worked out the issue. I was below the minimum altitude. Sorry!
But while I'm here, let me say great job on Pioneer! It's progressed so much since the last time I played.

Sounds strange. Double check you're on the right planet in the right sector (x,y,z coordinates), and that you're using an orbit scanner for orbit misison and surface scanner for surface mission. Those are the "obvious" things people can get wrong.<br/>

Thanks for the reply. I originally unzipped Genesia into its own foler. I tried your solution, but I still have the same problem. Pioneer and Scout+ work fine.
