RE: Starshatter
I'm not certain, but it works fine on my PC. I'd post on the forums at starshatter mods if you want to make certain it's legit.

<t>http://starshattermods.com/infusions/pro_download_panel/download.php?catid=16I think the top one is the game, but I'm not too certain. It may not be, but might as well put it up here. I'm downloading now, but I won't be posting again here for a few hours due to a drastic need to sleep sometime ...

<t>Ok, I'm not certain if this is the right section, but I've come across a gem of a space related program. It's sorta like an exploration game. It's like Celestia, but it actually procedurally generates other star systems, complete with planets. You can sit on an alien moon, and watch the sun rise ...

RE: Miner Wars MMO Announcement
<r>I just read DRM- effectively that put me off buying the game. I mean, pirates will pirate it anyway, and putting a hideous DRM on something will just drive potential customers to pirating it, prime example, Ubisoft, and I am glad they stopped it (I think they have). Anyway, sorry for ...

<r>Hey, if anyone here has bought the game, could they consider giving their free copy to me? My parents are a bit suspicious about buying off the internet (Fair enough) and I have only just got them to buy off steam. Also, its my birthday on the 19th <E>:P</E>. Seriously though, I would like it a ...

I know that I may be "necroposting", but if you have had some troubles with ships distorting after transit to a new star system this may fix it, it did for me.

RE: Is the pc dead
<t>Mine keeps gettin blue screens so I think it is. Hehehe. On a more serious note, as long as there are indie developers making awesome pc games, I feel it will never truely die, but become smaller. Steam is doing a good deal for PC gaming though, really cheap games, updates, its really good. And I ...

Yeah, I am a... well... sorta kinda beta tester for this. I signed up and managed to get in, but other things got in the way, and I haven't been able to play the game AT ALL. I feel bad about it, but if I get some more time, Ill be sure to start testing it some more.Oh, and it is AWESOME.

<t>Woah, I was planning this on being a simple to play (but very fun) game that could be played casually as well as devoutly, but with all the people who have posted in response... well....I think I will have to start asking around for programmers. Maybe even, if possible, I will get someone who has ...

<t>I forgot to say, I understand the basics of Constuct (Or Scirra engine, whatever you want to call it) and dont need models as I can make pretty good sprites. I may need someone to code some python for me in the future, but for now, it looks like I am able to get a very basic prototype up (If I ...

<t>I'm thinking about making the whole game 2D, and I have an engine/game maker that can make it (Free and Open Source) that is simple to use (I can understand the code) and also supports python, so the master coders can contribute to the game, but that means that I will lose some of the beauty of ...

<t>This episode is next week, Its about the British army making a new secret weapon in WW2, who really are the Daleks. At one plart in the trailer you can see the spitfires flying with some sort of sheild surrounding them, that probably explains it, and it looks like they are fighting the Daleks ...
