Perhaps pirates could only decide to attack when you are holding valuable cargo. I always hated in frontier that all pirates were willing to risk their lives trying to kill you for absolutely no reward!

I think cockpits are something to be careful with.. I really do like them, but once crew members are implemented for larger ships which would logically have a bridge rather than a cockpit, how are they going to be visible? It'll be weird if you have a crew of 8 yet not see any of them.

HAHA I'll have to add in some more of that kind of stuff then. :lol: :lol: Different uniforms is a fantastic idea too! I'd like to hopefully have someone add code to make the stock market traders visible at some point aswell.

Just a trivial visual thing, but I could make some varying clothing and accessory styles for each faction in the facegen. I've had no time at all to work on it lately, but I do plan to clean the whole thing and make it look more "finished" aswell.

The manual was one of my favorite things about frontier/ffe! The feeling that I had inherited a ship and was now reading the instruction manual before attempting a very first space flight was priceless. This is a great start! :D

Just had a bit of an idea. Does anybody else think it would be good if advertisments popped up on the ui while docked at stations? They might fit in quite nicely with the new layouts and it would be a chance to get a nice bit of humour in the game.

I like it even though it doesn't actually work. It's kind of like a throwback to older times when spacecraft needed a runway for take-off.
