Imperio Minero 1.1 beta — free Windows playtest (English / Spanish)

Post by JesjomZeusStudio »

Hi everyone, I'm the developer of Imperio Minero, a space sandbox about mining, trading, exploration, factions and building your own stations. The universe continues to evolve between sessions. The current beta is single-player; a multiplayer MMO is a longer-term goal, not a feature of this build.

The 1.1 beta is available now for Windows, free, in English and Spanish (3.62 GB): https://jesjom.itch.io/imperio-minero

I'm looking for space-sim players willing to try it and give frank feedback. In particular, I'd love to know: What feels clear or confusing during your first session? Which systems are enjoyable or frustrating? If you find a bug, what steps reproduce it?

You can reply here or use the playtester thread: https://itch.io/t/7286020/prueba-abiert ... ytest-open

One small known issue: the menu footer still says BETA 1.0, although the installer and game build are 1.1 beta. Thanks for taking a look!

A closer look at the game itself. These are in-game captures from the recent Windows beta, with the interface set to Spanish; English is also available.

1) The local navigation map, with nearby locations and travel controls.
2) The orbital market, showing minerals, station prices and cargo transactions.
3) Approaching the Europa habitat's landing pad.

Imperio Minero is built around the loop from finding and extracting resources to trading, refining and expanding your industrial presence. Which of these areas would you most like to test first? And from these screens, what looks useful or confusing?

The free beta is here: https://jesjom.itch.io/imperio-minero

Development update — 3 November 2026 (next patch in progress)

The free public download is still the Windows 1.1 beta. The following improvements have been implemented and tested in our local development build; they are NOT yet in the downloadable installer:

• Fuel tanks T1–T5, clearer access to fusion-fuel recipes, and a rebalanced purified-water economy.
• A clearer first contract, net proceeds shown for sales, better mining-energy feedback, and shorter local warp travel.
• A minimised-window bar, an in-game local radio and music player, plus updated space backgrounds and planet visuals.

The two attached screenshots are previews from that development build: the flight interface with the new window bar, and the local radio with the music player. I will post a separate release note when the update is actually available to download.

For now, feedback on the current 1.1 beta is welcome here or in the playtester thread: https://itch.io/t/7286020/prueba-abiert ... ytest-open
