Thanks Geraldine, is really a pleasure for me to work in Scout. This new version (G15) works, too, very well with the mod Marcel.

The Pioneer translation system is broken. Probably in languages ​​other than English or Spanish, have problems. The CXX developers are working to resolve it. If you have this problem, please say so here, maybe your report will help.

This fix pack temporarily fixes the crash mentioned, until it is fixed in the master of Pioneer. The fixed languages ​​are: German, Italian, French, Russian, Polish, Swedish, and Hungarian. Translations have been made with Google translator, so it can not be perfect. Download this hotfix mod free here: zz-hotfix-lang-140301.zip and put it next to mod G15 If your language is not listed, please tell me and I will include.

I just noticed that with my Hometowns mod the start position is the sixth port in the list with Scout+, and the third port on the list with plain Pioneer. I don't know why this is, but I mentioned it in the instructions.Also, Vuzz's skybox works with plain Pioneer, but not with Scout+. I tried to add the prefix zzz to the filename to make it last on the list alphabetically, but it doesn't work. Do you have any thoughts on this?

Scout has 11 different boxes (of 768kb) that are rotated: default.dds, ub0.dds to ub9.dds The Vuzz mod only contains default.dds (of 12Mb) @VuzzI have also noticed that your mod contains files that should not be there (decals folder, and many files png)

If that is correct I can change the name of the files so I can have Vuzz's Milky Way at Sol.

may can i tell my opinion ,about these skybox ? This is a game in the milkyway galaxy , so in any place of this game the player must see the same background.. The views from paragon are a nonsense we can't see in the milkyway a closer view from any other galaxies, so the realistic way is only one view. But after that it's a question of feeling for the players , somes want a real space sim , and others may prefer a colored - arcade game . "all tastes are in nature"

I discussed over two months for this issue on GitHub [url]https://github.com/pioneerspacesim/pioneer/pull/2570[/url] Everything is ready in the Pioneer master to be a user option. Just need the switching support (written in CXX) and the "buttons" in the UI.

@Walter Ha ok , excuse me if i'm not very often on github, but i'm alone and busy on Genesia and have no more time to take a look at that very well . When this issue #2570 was resolved , if you want you can use my milkyway texture by default in Scout+ ( I've clean up the folder in my .zip ^_^ )

If I do not see GitHub, Scout becomes obsolete quickly.

The Scout dds weigh 768KB. Yours weighs 12MB. Feel like reduce it? You should use a resolution of 512 x 6 faces, by the way it works in Pioneer SkyBox would suffice.

@Vuzz I'm thinking of leaving default.dds only, in the next version of Scout+ (G16) The rest of the dds (ub0 to ub9), in a compatible optional mod. In this way we can include your mod as a compatible option. And... all can be happily ever after. :russian:
