Since it's a super moon tonight, and you should leave the city to really see how bright it is (30% brighter compared to when it's at its weakest). then why not throw off your clothes and dance under the Waxing Moon in Babylon to The Devil's Blood song by the same name: it had been the Super Sun instead, then maybe the song "The sky is burning" by Sam Gopal would have been more fitting. Sam Gopal is the dude on the bongo, so no drummer needed. the soft voice of Ian Willis (vocals/guitar), sounds familiar, yes, he would be better known to the world as Lemmy Kilmister, who later joined Hawkwind, and then formed Motörhead.

cool,we still can exchange music here - while i was already thinking of a more space related thread like "post music but only space related in any matter"> It's strange that Pioneer give me more trip experience like the old Elite at the contrary of the arcady dumbed down pewpew ED, it has been $ badly spent on this 3xA, but it's another subject.@farcodevthat's really no wonder just guess of this acid-head who post this lines here.@codyyou dislike multiplayer games? or is it just because of the restrictions it gave to the gameplay of elite?very old topic, indeed.i guess yes the restrictions are to heavy.but phew - let's stay a while on this topic - a multiplayer elite (clone).let's go back in time roundabout 30 yearsi was still (or already) playing stupid games like "astrosmash" or the fake 3D "StarStrike",i've seen a preview to a game in dev. which contained wonderful spaceship models in pure vector graphics.little me grown up between cows and goats[ id="0y2vPda1ybA"> " inspired by this few flashes i saw from the upcoming game, and i started to dream....i dreamed me a game in which you would have role playing elements and "pew pew" action, maybe strategic elements...and here's the pointone player alone can't manage all these tasks(i had already a idea of what the web will become to us)though we need (and certainly would like) multiplayer.well it turned out a little different as imagened.even if i can't remember that i played a multiplayer at all - i still like the idea.but i understand also that a game like Elite brings up problems which aren't to solve in a multiplayer game or only with heavy restrictions to the original gameplay.excuse me for my "discoscheiss" (discoshit) but the clip is cooland one has to know that "radio 200'000" is a bunch of soccer fans...[ id="CtaJjhn0Z2Y"> "

"i was born a tiger and i always will have my way..."walterar i guess that covers better what is "my way",frankie was a great performer i maybe just didn't like the style to much.that was, excuse me, a very unlucky thing that a lot even black jazz singers covered (had to cover) his style because of his success.i think especially about Nat Cole, Nat was a brillant jazzer but in my humble opinion they made a fidget (sort a pinocchio) out of him.music is something very personal and it reflects our true feelings, longings and disappointments.Walterar, the end? i have still no idea about what that means.for those who didn't knew it already, i had a brain stroke last year and a half ago,no need to feel sorry, that's life, i still wear my smile and can make children happy with the wink of my eye.(eh, i guess that's what "my way" is about, isn't it?)sorry that i had to pause a few weeks, but i was physically exhausted.as you might knew i worked in this reintegration (a way to get back to real payed work).they decided to move me from the cycles to recycling (funny coincidence in english from cycle to re - cycle).and well i felt powerful enough, i thought no problem i was a construction workerbut disregarded that i didn't worked physically for almost 10 years and the fact of the "wallenberg syndrome"which disabled me more as i liked to accept.this strained me a lot and i have many new physical problems due to that work and the former brain stroke.fortunately only a "wallenberg syndrome" which means only the brainstem was affected and this harms not a lotfurther it's recoverable since the brainstem is a very basic part which functions are exchangable.still i have parts on my body where i have no sensitivity and neither feel my own body well, which resultet in a wrong pose and wrong walking which affected me more as the syndrome itself.still i can't differ between cold and hot on certain parts of my skin if i don't know in advance if it's cold or hot.however "never give up" as soon as you do - eh you know what will happen.mom is still alive and well and who knows maybe she outlasts meshe's still well i guess because she feels i need her, thus i never let her feel that i din't need her,in fact i really need her.maybe also i get weaker because i feel no one needs me anymore, who knows, but it's vital for a human to be neededby someone close.yep "Gernötli" get's to a sort of hunchback, i just need now the googely eyes of mr. sellers to be completeoh yes i lost my incisors because of - guess what - a sort of fight, nah not really a fight, he's still my best buddy but i was driving him crazy because i was drunk, that drunk that i completely lost control and i started to rant, ranted that much that all the neighbours came to watch what was happeningstill i didn't respected nothing and well...the only way to stop me was to hit mehe hitted me several times in the chest (that's the only thing i remember)but i just laughed at him and said "it won't hurt, buddy"thus he hitted me right in the face which was righteously done by him.this finally stopped meand i wondered while i was walking back home where i lost my teeth...it's a classic situation of a typical mens buddyship :)i guess some here would like Phil (best buddy), he's a skin i mean a real skina bloody soccer hooligan and a former Punk.i love him, he's the brother to me which i never hadand i seem to remember him of his beloved daddy who was deep into electronics of what he has no idea.don't think of him as a idiot, he isn't hes more intelligent as he expects of himselfand often surprises me with his clear thinking and proper recognition, even with 20 pints inside.he can make gardens which will surprise you, zen but he has no idea about zenso that's really zen.damned he's a immortal and didn't knows it neither he cares for it.enough bla blanow for the music see if i find phils choice we a nice pair?ah yes let's see if i find Nat in his best years when he wasn't sold to "the devil's radio" inspires me to the next, can i stop? hardly ok i stop now and leave the field to you my friends.

Hi Marcel - good to hear from you, it brings up a lot of good memories.Carcass hmm...i guess you mean the "skeleton of a ship" by that, i guess i have to refere to websters for this term.(or was it the skeleton of a chicken you ment?)Yes certainly i have friends here and i'm grateful for that, except of wild wild phil the hooligan i haven't many...it's not truei've made me a lot of friends in the last year, not as close as phil, but friends (i wouldn't accept from everybody to extract my teeth with a fist).we are here for music, thus let's play some.(be cautious)have you ever heard of "FRAKTUS"?it's a german band from the 80's and they was known as inventors of what we call now techno but have got lost over the time.they reunited in 2011 and successfuly touring through germany.this is what they are recently up to
not read this spoiler until you watched the clip, it will spoil the party>!>! i'm a goddamned cheater and a liar.>! FRAKTUS never existed!>! i mean they do now but in reality they are named "künstlergruppe braun">! the whole thing was made for a mockumentary about "FRAKTUS">! everything is a lie>! i watched the mockumentary 3 days ago (even when it's from 2012)>! and until the end i wasn't sure if they existed or not.>! i like the concept and it seems others to>! because they tour for real through germany as FRAKTUS>! still some ppl claim to have seen them live in the 80's which simply isn't possible.a clip which was made back then

states that he still likes this tune especially because of it's political message...have phun (life's to short to be serious)

something differenti started to read a few sci-fi in the last monthsone shouldn't think "i know this story i haven't to read it"especially in the case for "War of Worlds"i guess a lot of ppl think this in case for this old storyit was the plot for countless movies and persiflage of,thus one could easy miss the original.i've read it now and it still moves meimho it's the best sci-fi evernot only because it's the first real sci-fi, compared to verne's which are more adventure stories rather sci-fi.because it contains every element of what you expect of a thrilling sci-fi.many things i like on this novelit's written from the pov of the outgoing 19th century, no retrospective, it's written by someone who lived in this time.it's a horror to read the story, no alien has ever topped the creatures from marsno brainsucking monster could be as horrible as they aremainly because you recognise the fact that we are these monsterswe are the ones who treat the animals and even our own species like the marsians treat us.it's philosophic and the protagonist is a philosopher(which is a little annoying guessing that someone who uses to take a little walk at 9 o clock in the morning and who's profession is to read books, standing all this inhuman horrible things, but else h.g. wells couldn't show us the philosophical background of the story)it's far not as simple as any of the movies which has been made based on it.there is no "god's justice" or such, just those evil creatures from marsthe author leaves you for a long time in the dark if we will survive this attack,it's rather very plausible that we will be enslavedand sheeple as we are we will take this fate and bear it like a cross.imagine a human race bred just to be food for the marsiansand we won't - we can't fight back - or even we won'tbecause we sheeple are happy if we have some food and sex (and a good shit in the morning)that religion will find a "plausible" explanation why we have to bear this cross.it totally kills the idea that we are the crown of creationand let's us appear as stupid uncultivated beings.in the end you wish it wouldn't have turned out well for human kindand that the by us tortured mother nature will save us.i knew the story (somewhat)still i was surprised by the unexpected death of the marsians.that's a damned good story!some background why i readed this bookfor the last few weeks of my work in the "work and tech centre"i worked in recyclingit was hard to keep my hands off all the electronics which came inespecially that i knew my old computer is worse as some which i had to trash (i had to!).but hardest was to keep my hands off all the books.thus books, forbidden to take or not, i grabbed for myselfof course "War of Worlds" attracted mea illustrated books about animal species (collected stuff from the 19th century)Great! two special editions of "Prince Valiant"and a lot moreyes i know it's a waste,it's called recycling and you have to trash even knowledgethat shouldn't bewe live in a stupid stupid time!in which to much ppl exchanged the brain with a thick wallet.

I sometimes use "carcass" as a joke, like "I've got to drag my carcass out of bed."I've got to read "War of the Worlds" again. The last time I read it was decades ago.I really like FRAKTUS. They're even better than Spinal Tap!

Impaktori nearly missed our posti didn't knew...but the music is great!excuse me, but if i wouldn't have phil as buddy i guess motörhead i wouldn't knowyes of course i know them but i never liked the music to much, don't ask me why, t's a remnant of my religiuos brainwashing decades ago, decades ago!religion is stronger / harder as any drugyou need decades to get rid of what has been changed in your mind in one or two years.however phil listens motörhead often, and i started to really like it.one can be a complete idiot ;)hawkwind i know, and liked always, but i didn't knew...it's hard to find something fitting to the track i've listened nownot true it was easy, i listen mostly to the same old crap, like this: handmade music performed by brillant musicians, i can never get enough of war & eric (from "chesterfield", the uncrowned king of rock 'n roll)

in b&w!or was it day and nighthot & cold?"first it teared me apart, but now it keeps me together"and the chesterfiled i smoke smells strangely sweet...i know nothing!i listen very often grateful dead, most i lke to see in clips pig pen, i love his performance, he was the reason why i started to listen dead at alli simply love that thing called rock 'n roll and turn on your lovelight has infected me, i have to explain here maybe that the dead are widely unknown in switzerland.so to me, unless i stumbled over it in a record store...howeveri stumbled a couple of days over this ppl, especially to clips like the one from war above, comment "that's so much better as todays music" (i guess i've read that a hundred times).but i always reply "that's not true"it's just not mainstreamneither it was mainstram 1969, we mustn't forget thiseric burdon & war was avantgardeand certainly in some bunker somewhere play's a band like this, but you will hardly find them when you're searching for them.it's coincidence, you sit somewhere listen maybe to some music and someone tells you "...i know a band who plays... etc"and the only thing you have to do is to lift your ass and watch even if you never heard their name.if you like to know what was mainstream then took a look at the hitparade from back thenbesides i did and posted the german hitparade from '69i was surprised myselfa lot of rubbish yesbut five or six times beatles (abbey road was released)not that bad...and i realized what influence, what dimension they had.he didn't had this dimension and was a beatles addicted himself thingwhen i lived in little big city (zürich), i wen't regulary friday night to a club called "abarth"i never knew who plays, 3 bands usually and everything was rock in a wider range today's rock avantgarde one could say, that's a proofed way to listen to crafty rock music.and i'm sure such a club is to find in every city, zürich is a small city.but i understand not everybody lives in a city or close to or has the right money,if the club is next door to you it's easy.thus it's really not true that "such music isn't to find anymore".
