Updated my download to the latest version of the english patch. Might need to do that if Deep Shadows website dies on us. You would think a company would know when the main page of there website is down Or do they care?

Hello all,A question probably more have asked but will there be an English version in the possible future?From what I understand from pieces of posts here and there the developer has some problems of its own on the moment but I am not completely sure.If someone could enlighten me, that would be appreciated.

Right now Deep Shadows was trying to get a publisher to get Precursors into the EU/NA markets. Will it happen.... that i'm unsure with and there forums don't even have any hype on that topic. It's a shame because I think the game would do ok, especially since it was slated to be on PC/Xbox360.

Are Deep Shadows still a going concern.

A number of copies of Precursors are on evil bay,so I have bought one.Now I just got to wait 3 or 4 weeks too see if I get the game.Or will I get burned.

Same here .

Well got the game this morning,the dvd case had been damaged in the post and the disk has anumber of scratches on it,proberly due to it rattling around the box but it appears too have no data on it.Have you got yours yet CaptainKal

You got a blank disc Pinback? If it is unusable hopefully you can ask for a refund.

Well the seller has sent me a replacement disk with the game on it, still can’t play it as there’s no way it will work on the netbook.

I also got mine. Installed ok. Now I need to install the english patch

This game looks awesome, been waiting for it for a while.

Please wait before installing the current English patch. Version 1.0 is just around the corner and includes all of the text translated, except for some cutscenes for which transcripts are included...

Talk about two good things close to each other.My copy of The Precursors came in today and Wesp5 is almost ready with the V 1.0 of the patch.Now if Deep Shadows would announce the official Western version or bringing out an expansion to finish the last part, that would be a very nice conclusion.

I might just go ahead and pickup the precursors after the translation work is done.Anyone know any real info on the status of Deep Shadows itself?

I just uploaded the The Precursors Unofficial English translation patch 1.0 to The Patches Scrolls. As soon as it it available from there I will post the link here. Maybe it will be this very day !

So if you find any errors or similar, please post them here so I can improve the translation in further updates...
