Hey you have a little warmer weather in England than I go here in New Hampshire. Living in NH is good training for when I walk on Mars :)

Hi Derelict, welcome to the forums.Yes our sunny island is well known for its glorious weather. Your a C++ developer, have you heard of Pioneer ?Anyway its a project based here that I have been contributing some code to, if your a fan of the original Frontier Elite games I would highly recommend that you check it out, also its C++ and opensource. The project is lead by Tom Morton (Tomm on the forums) and he is the only real developer invloved at the moment, as I am self taught and its just a hobby to me so there's a lot I don't know, but I still get by somehow ;)If you have time it would be great to see you on the pioneer forums. http://www.spacesimcentral.com/pioneer-f35/

So yeah, I've been incredibly busy and ill and whatnot; thus haven't really had time to say thanks for welcoming or reply to anything :(.

Yeah I think around the time you posted that I got a bit of snow over where I live, not enough to keep me indoors though :( Ty again for the welcome.

Yeah, I live up in West Yorkshire so I get fairly cold weather. Mars ftw =D

I've sort of heard of Pioneer, discussing it with a friend asking him about it at the moment. I'll definitely check it out, as I love developing in C++ and mucking about with open source things :) And yeah, I'm fairly experienced in C++. Was self-taught, but I've moved onto fairly big things. I contribute actively to the WoW emulation community cores, mainly for educational purposes rather than use myself.I'll head over to the Pioneer forums and start lurking for a bit before I feel comfortable enough to post there without looking like an idiot ;)& Once again, thanks for the welcomes ;]
