It connects to the IRC server so you don't have to. All you need is a web browser.So, if you want to see what goes on at the heart of Pioneer development, pop in and say hello. We're multi-time-zonal, so there's bound to be somebody around and awake, probably busy making Pioneer even better. Most of Pioneer's development process involves IRC and GitHub; now, hopefully, barriers to access have been lifted and everybody who want to, can contribute.

Works well Brianetta, and its easy to use for non-IRC users like me.Do you happen to know requirements to get this to run on a server? Wondering if I could put something like this in place on SSC since there has been some interest in the past. Thanks for the support DarkOne.The software is CGI::IRC, available here: http://cgiirc.org/Its written in Perl, and its requirements seem fairly mundane. Brianetta could speak in more detail about it.

Thanks, DarkOne. Make sure that your hosting policy includes permission to access IRC. Also, every user who connects using this script uses one web server process (in my case, Apache) and one Perl process, so its requirements can get heavy.This is the web site.
