An often overlooked game, well worth trying the 30 day free trial. Have to say I really do like Fallen Earth, especially the sunsets

Haha had to dig deep for this post, last one was 2011
This is a post apocalyptic game which I gave it a try a few years back when it went F2P and there was just a lot of griefing for me to play it at that time. But it looks like Fallen Earth will be shutting down on Oct 2nd.
I know MMOs cannot run forever, but some people dedicate good chunks of their free time playing MMO's for years. The developers did state that they are working on a sequel. But the devs are shutting it down just because its unstable and too hard to keep it going.
Not sure why they never upgraded the network and engine code over the years... Lineage 2 is still going strong and that game came out over 15yrs ago. They upgrade it.
But RIP Fallen Earth, look forward to seeing the sequel when it comes.
