Is a space mmorts. You do battle on both planet surface and outer space over planets and their systems. These battles are for the precious resources on these various planets o help you faction become stronger. This is not a turn based game and the world/battles go one without you being there. Here is a list of Beyond Protocol's features from there website: http://www.beyondprotocol.com/index.html[/url] First ever RTS that provides fully customizable units. You have the ability to design each component of every unit and facility giving you the ultimate power and flexibility to create your own strategy.* Lead your forces in planetary and space combat simultaneously and in real-time against thousands of other players.* Form alliances, join guilds and take part in the most dynamic and intricate political arena available in gaming. Employ your political skills to change the course and even the laws of the game through the galactic senate.* Build a colony on your home world‚ allying with or destroying other players also claiming that world as home, launch endeavors to build space stations, explore your solar system, exploit and colonize other planets and other star systems.* Organize your forces and colonies so that control can be maintained even while offline through portable electronic devices and email.* Everything you do remains when you log off and your empire continues to build, grow and battle even while you're offline in this truly persistent universe.* Intense 3D graphics with player customizable features such as engine glow, beam color, clarity, and shield bloom provide cinematic video effects and scenery. With 3D planet terrains, planning for defensive and offensive positioning are required as you discover the terrain and how it can benefit your endeavorsThere is a monthly fee of $12 a month (prices go down depending on the time you buy). There is also a free trial you can play. This game looks really interesting to me just because I have always loved C&C and Homeworld style games and this can be quite action packed in the battles and building your defenses for the coming battle. When I get a chance I will have to take Beyond Protocol for a spin and post some feedback. Has anyone else tried this new game that can give some good feedback? Here is a dev video and trailer for the game: id="if6kWjoOeSk">
