Hi PavanWelcome to the SSC. Is always nice to see new devs joining up.That was quite an introduction! <img src="'http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//girl_crazy.gif class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':girlcrazy:' /> Care to share any details of your project?

I havent started the game yet, but I will start and probably open source it. That way, If I am busy someone will continue it. Believe me, I am gonna finish this thing. Some of my goals:Procedurally generated universeSmooth space to planet transition (Realistic atmospheric change)Planetary render for aerial battlesNewtonian flight modellingAstrophysics between celestial objects (Realistic orbits, Gravitational slingshot)All kinds of planets, stars and systems (Binary star, Nebula)I want more feedback from you guys to include more features.

Go for it Pavansss91 but don't get carried away with adding features.

I would disagree with Pinback <img src="'http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//slow_en.gif class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':slow:' /> Stuff it to the gills! <img src="'http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//girl_crazy.gif class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':girlcrazy:' />He is some general advice, if your deciding what to add, think of it this way. Take all your favourite games and play them again, look at the features you loved and how they worked well and note them down, but just as importantly, look at what's missing from them same games, what limited them, what could have been done better in your view. No game is perfect after all. That way you will start to form your own vision of how you want to proceed with your project and in your own way, end up with something that is unique, fresh and different to what else is out there.By all means though, put ideas out there and see what reaction you get. Feedback both positive and negative can help too and finally, the best of luck to you!Hope you will keep us updated on your progress <img src="'http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//curtsey.gif class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':curtsey:' />

Hi Pavan and welcome to SSC.You already have a impressive list of features that if done right could really make your game a cut above most if not all games. Not too many games out there have your six features. Just get them all into a game working well and the community will love you for it <img src="'http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//icon_e_smile.gif class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Well, the thing is I am a student and I haven't made a single game until now. I plan to start working on this game while I learn Graphics and Collision detection and other game related stuff. I am awesome at programming though. So, don't be disappointed. It's just going to take a little time before you see any videos <img src="'http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//icon_e_smile.gif class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />I experimented with SolCommander's ship models yesterday in blender. They seem pretty awesome. Will definitely use them. Thank you Sol.
