Hailing All Frequencies...

Hello SSC! It's great that there's a Space Sim Community. I wish that I had found this earlier. I'm a big fan of the genre. I've logged-in hundreds of hours on the original Elite, played through the campaign of Descent: Free Space and have long-admired (but haven't played enough) Eve Online. Of course, there's plenty of other games that I have yet to catch up on; with more on the way. All-in-all, the genre is alive and well. I'm glad to be here. RockJock

Welcome aboard mate ! If I may suggest, try playing "Freelancer" as well if you haven't already, it's oldie but goldie

Welcome to the forums RockJock The genre is very much in ascendant with some great games being made from the indie developers.
