Translations now made easy!

We've just finished a major overhaul of the way translations are done. We're now managing all our translations through the Transifex service. Our project is at: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/pioneer/ nice thing about this is that all you need to do to contribute to translations is sign up for a Transifex account, then you can translate as much or as little as you like right there in the web interface - no need to hassle with setting up git.Updated translations are automatically pulled into the main Pioneer repository at least once a day, so they should be pretty up to date. Many of our translations are woefully out of date, so if you speak a language other than English and would like to see your language better represented in Pioneer, please consider translating a few strings. Even one will help!See http://pioneerwiki.com/wiki/Translations for more info.

"Fore" is front/forwards, "Aft" is rear/back/backwards. Heading Lock is an autopilot mode where the computer controls only your ship's orientation. "Heading Lock (fore)" keeps the front of the ship pointing in the direction of motion, "Heading Lock (aft)" keeps the rear/back of ship pointing in the direction of motion. It's useful so that you can use the ship's main or retro thrusters to speed up or slow down, with thruster force exactly in the direction of motion or opposite to it -- very useful for manually adjusting orbit. It's also good for making videos when orbiting a planet :-) John B

Wow. Amazing! Easier and faster. Thanks! I tried and tested the last pioneer package in a couple of languages and the game crash when pressing the "give orders" button into the pilot profile screen. The red screen of death says something about crewroster.lua or something like this. Anybody tested that? Greetings!

Confirmed. The code structure in CrewRoster.lua is a little different so my conversion script didn't find the strings. I'll have a fix in the next build.
