Hello, has anyone else had any sound problems recently. The sound for the undercarriage has always been a bit struttery on my computer, probs my PC though. I was going through the great sounds in the sounds folder and I noticed that the sound for the hyperdrive has never worked during any transits. Does any one know anything about why this may be or do you think it is just freaking out my PC?Best wishes,Mike.

I'm with ya mhollow2...I don't get sound during hyperspeed jumps either.My landing gear sound works however.You're prob going to have to list what ver pioneer you're running and your system specs for someone to help <img src="'[url]http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//icon_e_smile.gif[/url] class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />jt

A notebook JT, an Eee PC, it runs the graphics just fine though, always has but that's down to the quality game development really so my PC can't take any credit for that! Always the latest version of Pioneer!!Mike.

I've never had any problems with the landing gear sound, even when I was running an old PC. Until you mentioned it I hadn't realized there was a sound for hyperspace. You're right, I can play it, but I can't hear it in the game either! I'm using the on-board sound of an Nvidia 680i mobo and Win7.

It still does not work mind! But being as the new update gives so much more depth to the planet details, meh.

It works in alpha 25 for me.

Interesting Marcel. Maybe Ill try changing the sound file for another and see what occurs.
