LGM Games have recently release (in Oct) some DLC for Starpoint Gemini called Timebreach. I haven't purchased or seen any pics or videos of the new content yet. So please do post anything on it for those that may have it already.Get it at GamersGateHere is a little description of the new content DLC:The Timebreach expansion for Starpoint Gemini, follows the events immediate after the reopening of the Starpoint. Imperial forces are swarming the Gemini system, but not as fast or fiercely as everybody expected. That gives precious time to surviving groups that are now desperately trying to upgrade their technology or reinforce their units.Nexus, together with dr. Ridley, is speeding up the work on another milestone technology based on stasis rift research. The player is invited to Nexus to help in the early testing of so the called stasis jump matrix.DLC Includes:- Two brand new sectors, one in a mysterious and dangerous inter-dimensional space – the stasis rift, and the other set five years ahead in Gemini's future.- Three new ship designs using test models from Starpoint Gemini 2, including some already known from the original game, but upgraded.- Five additional missions to explore new space ( and time ) boundaries, and test your newly acquired vessel.

I don't know if my PM got through. I'm having some problems with SSC today. Anyway, please email me directly ( dorijan@starpointgemini.com ) so we can do something about the game not working <img src="'http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//icon_e_smile.gif class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />.

Hi DorijanI've just sent you another email. The last one I got from you was last February. Hope you can help, also will this Gamers Gate release of Timebreach work with the retail version of the game? I took a chance and bought it, but I still have to re-install the game again before finding out if the DLC will work or not.

That is a good question, I have the retail version as well and haven't purchased yet because I was unsure if I could download and apply to my retail game?I do find it odd that you cannot get this game to run, but I guess everyone's hardware configs are different. More than likely it will come down to a gfx issue with card compatibility or drivers. I doubt its OS related because I have ran this both on Vista and Win7 without problems.

Ah, it just hit Steam 10 days ago. I didn't notice the release and for 2€ you can't go wrong. However, it might take a few more weeks before I buy that DLC, too busy with XCOM at the moment.

I have an AMD based rig Darkone. I suspect this might be the reason for the game being unable to run properly as it ran fine on my old Intel based PC
