Hi Scott, Know you are busy debugging the alpha and adding new features but just noticed today a really detailed update on fb. Why aren't you pushing info out via the kickstarter main page, I'm sure you'd get more backers if they saw you were active on the game in development and the other useful thing is kickstarter updates auto email to all your current backers. 4AM local time, just finished fixing all the bugs (that I have found) with the new system, it is now working 99.5% there are 3 very minor things to fix/add.Whilst doing the update I found the fix to a pesky bug I have had for a long time now! Also on the hunt for performance increases again as there could be a possible lag spike with the save system - if it is unable to be fixed the autosave will have to be spread out than more than 1 min.I am hopeful there is a work around - one in mind but it will take time and will have to wait. With all of this there will be an update soon as I have left it far too long - but I hope it will be worth it.To iterate on the new feature(s)Health, Damage & repair. Each building has health and will decrease gradually over time and by natural disasters.Once the building goes below its health it will deactivate and you will no longer get the resources from it (it will also stop consuming its resources)To solve this issue you can build repair stations (comes with its repair ships)These ships will automatically repair buildings below 10% health.Alternatively you can manually send them to fix a building. Each ship has its own fuel, it has to return back to its docking bay to refuel. Each ship can be upgraded to repair quicker, they can be upgraded to a maximum level of 10 where they will repair at 300% speed.Colonisation Games

I was waiting to update with this information, with the video to show, an update with promises of these things isn't much compared to a working demo and description

True a demo would be ace but I wouldn't worry too much at this stage, prototype detail and description's often are better than a working game, you'll have plenty of time for that if it gets backed. Now it's about winning over those backers and updates are key to that success imo.
