I'm the creator. Takamo Universe is a redevelopment of the old strategic sci if space game Takamo. It is set in a 3D persistent universe that expands as player empires move out into space. The game is strategic level so you control an empire. Ship design, planet builds leaders, interstellar trade, ploitics, macroeconomics and fleet to fleet actions are all part of the game. We will be adding more in game videos in the next few days.

This does look good Randy. Will this be a client install or could you play it via a web browser? Not a bad goal of $75k, think it could be attainable with the right updates on the kickstarter and a spread the word campaign. Your definitely covering all the big areas and at first glance it is looking good.

Thanks Dark! This will be a client install. The $75 k is an attainable goal. If we manage to connect with a lot of the Takamo veterans, we should be able to move way beyond that goal and cut development time. We've just put in an update that provides a lower beta threshold for veteran pbm players and a recruiting incentive (colony moons) for every backer.
