Birth of the Stardreamer

Greetings, Darkone, and all my fellow Space-sim addicts!Having posted myself about the place quite liberally today (I only registered yesterday and already this is my 8th post), I feel I should conclude my spree with an introduction.Firstly, I want to say that this website is a fabulous idea, and I completely understand the need to aggregate the many disparate websites that are out there. I have dozens of sites bookmarked and often used to spend significant time in the search engines following leads and chasing new software. Having it all in one place makes all the sense in the world, and I'm glad to be a part of it, however small. Congratulations, Darkone, this is quite an achievement and your hard work is very much appreciated. I'd very much like to contribute any way I can, and I hope you don't mind that I've already taken the liberty of bringing a little-known game with me:http://www.spacesimcentral.com/indie-and-open-source-space-games-f46/astra-t447.html for myself, well, I'm a veteran gamer, being in the middle of my fourth decade on planet Earth. It has been my privilege and enormous pleasure to watch the first games like Starglider and Elite blossom into the Wing Commanders, Freespaces, X-Wing/Tie-Fighters and X series' games we all know and love. I love Space. Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by it and still gain the major portion of my pleasure and relaxation from the whole sci-fi genre. Inside my soul lies the dream of the perfect space game. The Elite to end all Elites. Hopefully, with enough support from this community here, we can inflame some developers with the willingness to at least try to make our dreams a fun, playable reality. Until then, long live SpaceSimCentral!
