Freelancer Explorer v2.0.6.23

Freelancer Explorer is basically a GUI based system editor. Try it out and see how you like it. I have yet to try this personally but would like to see someone post some type of tutorial.Download: http://www.spacesimcentral.com/downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=42

Had I figured out SSC existed earlier, I'd have put it here awhile ago, hope this isn't a re-tread.
