Pioneer ambient sounds

Hello!First of all, sorry for my bad English! I'm new to Pioneer and I really impresed with the game, but I noticed the game is too silent.Navigating into the sounds folder I find various ambient sound files... and this is my question... Why I can hear only the basic sounds (clics, etc) and not the ambients samples? Thanks!

Hi, First of all thanks, glad you are enjoying it! :D Have you checked that things aren't muted in the options screen?Or tried adjusting the volume to maximum for the "Effects" channel? You only here environment effects when you are landed, and station effects when you are docked. Close to stars you get some audible sounds from them too depending on the type, size, etc. If you've got basic sounds however then do you have any errors or warnings in the "output.txt" log file?Could you post the contents of that file here so that we can tell what OS you are using and see if it has failed to load the sounds? Andy

Thaks for reply! I d'ont hear nothing in stations. Using the Pioneer SP Mod I solved the problem!Thanks anyway!
