Now this is what I been looking for in a game for years, a game where you can fly seamlessly from space to planet surface. Jump out of the space craft and walk or drive around a city and I Really like the look of the city's from what been shown sofar, very fifth Element. not too crazy about the Star Fox barrel roll fighting antics, plus it seems to be some sort of online game but they say it can be played as a single player game.

They only shown one planet but it looks like theirs another six or so in the game as the game takes place in one solar system.

Not seen much about this although they still seem to be working on it, at a guess I would say it will be out next year maybe as a launch title with the next gen consoles. 

Oh yeah I forgot about this one, the early videos of this do look good. If I were them I would wait until next-gen is released as well, gives them time to get everything right. Looks like there is a few planets in this solar system and the size of the explorable area on the planet is huge (that one planet in the demo could be a whole game in itself nevermind multiple planets. I will definitely be keeping watch next summer for the updates to this one.

Seems to have gone very quite on any news about the game although I still reckon we may see it around the launch of the next gen consoles.

I agree, this looks like a huge console seller so I would think we will we see videos soon on these console game reviews that are coming this month from Sony and I think MS

Looks like this has disappeared as I don't think it was mentioned in Ubisoft E3 presentation. 

@pinback I looked the other day for info on BGAE2 and couldn't find much at all, my guess is that its not this year. It's a shame really cause all that gameplay we saw of the game happened in like 2019.... so it really is a mystery on how the game is coming together.

Game seems to be in limbo, I guess all we can do is wait and see if any thing.
Was surprised to find out that this was not Ubisoft first attempt at a sequel to the original game.

According to this youtuber the game still being work on, but as he says the final game might not be what was originally intended.
 

Yeah this was touched on in the earnings call that its still in development... I think next summer we will start to see new trailers/info. This is a big effort if they can accomplish this 'open universe' style game.

So the scuttlebutt on the internet is that Ubisoft are about to crash and burn, so I would guess that we will not be seeing this game innless someone pick it up.

Yeah I been listening to a lot of gamer YT videos stating that Ubisoft is in trouble, I hope they don't kill it. If they were willing to get Skull & Bones all this effort why not this game that has been in limbo for years now.
