ArenaNet plans for layoffs

This is sad news, I have played a little of both Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2... They are a good company and looks like they are affected by NCSoft (there parent) as well so this sucks.... Always found it amusing that game companies layoff the workers that make the game instead of trimming the fat at the top that don't actually work on games. The devs for the most part make the least compared to management...
I heard that Activision or EA Chief Operations Officer makes millions per year... kinda makes you sick inside a person makes so much and they probably have never even played the games there company makes.
