A part of a mod for Facegen is available to be tried out. For the latest update on Nov. 23 (new zips available), please visit the Pioneer forum or Spacesimpics2 at Weebly.
At this moment I'm not able to log into the Pioneer Dev Forum, probably because of an error with the passwords, and the message I sent to the forum admin doesn't seem to get to him/her either, so I will let you guys know here what's new. If Impaktor or anyone of Pioneer Dev reads this, that's why I couldn't respond... ;(
Anyway I'm still working on the rest of the graphics. All these mods are optional and, of course, not necessary to run Pioneer, but they might enhance your gameplay.
At the moment the following files are ready for download:
* Species 0, Race 0,1,2 females (faces), Species 0, Race 0 males (faces)
* Species 0 hair (partly done)
* Species 0 Mouth, Nose, Eyes (done)
* Species 0, male clothes are done.
* Species 0, female clothes are partly done.
* Species 0, accessories
* Species 1, Race 0 (partly done, couple of faces, hair, clothes etc.) ... this is an alien race that you can add as a mod (you need to set them up as Species 1, like your Species 0 is set up in Facegen).
I'm still working on the males of Species 0, Race 1 and 2 (coming soon), and (female) hair.
Next to that there are some androids and a few more alien races (like the android and yellow alien above) that will be available soon.

Access is still not possible, because the capcha doesn't want to let me in
The capcha question should be starting date + 2 years in the game, but the answer is still invalid.

That's odd, because I've activated your user manually. Are you trying to register a new account? Because there's already a matanzan user registered. I've mailed a password to the e-mail added during registration.
