Performing some site maintenance 3/4

I will be updating the theme to the latest version and the forum software for the latest version. I will be backing up the DB and after I install all of this I will refresh all of the cache on the server. So if you have any issues logging in just press ctrl-f5 when your on the site and that should force a site reload of all of the assets.
