Hmm logged into the site today and noticed that there was some images not loading or links (internal) not showing correctly. Not sure why this is happening since I haven't done any site updates in at least 2-3wks and the site was running fine the other day. Wordpress sometimes auto-updates if its a minor release so maybe that happened recently. Either way I will look into it either tonight or tomorrow to see what is going on.

Looks like a plugin added somethings to my .htaccess file messing up some of the settings so i just removed what it added and it looks like everything is working fine again.... if you notice anything missing let me know.

Looks like some of us have lost the avatar pictures.
Edit found it under media in the profile setting but can't see how to get it back.

I had to re-upload my avatar.

I can try to re-enable a plugin, I disabled it because the author expanded it and it does a lot more now than just the avatar now and I didn't like the direction the author went.... it was a avatar plugin but I will look into that.

I re-enabled it and looks like its working fine, I will need to see if I can de-activate all of the options of the plugin but the avatar stuff
