New Robocop game, can help but think it looks like the old Robocop game, just with better graphics.
 

If they do it right it will be a very good game compared to the side-scrollers and the amiga based robocop games.... I did find that there was a robocop game that came out on the xbox that I never knew about that would look similar to this game with updated gfx. I hope they do the game justice.... not many of today's kids really have any excitement or knowledge of Robocop in general.

Yes it was the Xbox game I was thinking about, when looking at the video.
After that last film reboot from a few years ago, I'm not surprised that it not that well remembered today.

Think this is out today or tomorrow and it seems to be pretty good and it has a demo of the game which is a nice change. 

I was able to play through this game recently, it was about a 20hr playthrough for me. I think they captured the RoboCop vibe from the 80/90's and the voice overs are pretty good. The gun play is satisfying and can be difficult at times depending on your upgrades and the skills you selected in the skill-tree.
The story itself is decent.... you basically are in the city the whole time so for the most part you can explore the city itself. What is nice is the random chatter and the gangs doing things that you breakup. I did come across a few bugs but nothing game breaking that I wasn't able to progress or restart.
Overall I would give this game a B-, if you enjoyed RoboCop movies you would like this game. If your new to RoboCop hmm then you might struggle with liking it, because the NPCs are a little wonky at times Some of the boss fights are tough though or least to my aging response time

Great game really enjoying it and my only gripe is that you can't save at any time as the game uses that annoying auto saves.
So far only one CTD but I'm not that far into the game.

ahhh yeah I forgot to mention that, yes everyone there is no real saving in this game. You will be brought to the last checkpoint. But the game does a great job making you feel like your in a episode of RoboCop

Awesome game, just got past or survived the ED209 boss fight.

Haha that was a tough fight took me a few deaths to beat it... I had to use the containers

Same here hid behind the containers and and kept popping out to shot it in the head.
