Kicking around the idea of developing a game

Just wondering if anyone out there would be interested in working on a project to design and develop a space sim. If you didn't catch it, I outlined most of my ideas on how I would like the game to turn out in a series of post under the name "Exodus" which are now in the fan fiction section. I do not have experience coding, I would mostly be working with the backstory, general game design, ect. I am also studying up on a few 3D modeling programs. I do have a good bit of free time to put into the process right now. In case you don't feel like going and finding the earlier post, the key points behind the game design I am looking for are: As realistic physics as possible within an accurate model of the solar system, game play that revolves around several people working together to effectively crew a ship, complex game mechanics that require a good bit of time and practice to learn, and as immersive an experience as possible including the ability for players to walk around ships and stations.Yes I know this is a very tall order to fill, but I am in need of a hobby to fill my free time. If anyone would be interested in this kind of thing, please let me know.
