Missing textures in FFE D3D

Hello,I recently downloaded FFE D3D complete and its been a dream come true except that quite a few textures for buildings, planet rings and such seem to be missing. I have win xp and a good video card with updated drivers and I installed all the mods and everything else is working perfectly except for this one problem. Im pretty good when it comes to this stuff and it doesnt seem like a problem anyone else is having so am i maybe doing something wrong with the mods/install?Thanks for any assistance 
i'm not shure and i have to make that proof someday, but actually i'm busy with pioneer. 
because if you look into the textures folder there is a texture for the saturn rings, but it won't appear 
it could be one of the MODS, but i didn't think so, have checked it once with a "clean" FFED3D, still the same problem.anyways, once i will keep an eye on that, but not now
