I guess I should go ahead and introduce my self seeing as I have started reading and posting here.I come from a back ground of Space and Flight Sims including:The X-wing and Tie gamesWing CommanderIndependence WarFreespace 1,2, and several modsJump Gate ClassicFalcon 4F22 lightning (3 and 4 or something like that) IL2: Sturmavick (and others)Lock On: Modern Air Combat (FC, and FC 2.0)DCS: Blackshark EVEand a ton of othersAlthough all these games have been great (still flying in LOMAC and DCS with the Savage 77th Intercept and Ground Attack Squadron) I am really looking for a space sim that delivers realistic physics, a complex high fidelity simulation of ship and weapon systems, good immersion (3D cockpits with Track IR support), and allows for complex tactics and teamwork. Preferably a persistent world with a working economy and player driven politics and such. I guess a mix of LOMAC, EVE, and JGC would keep me hooked pretty much forever.I also love SiFi writing. I have a few short stories that I have done up recently, and am also thinking about writing a short novel if time permits. Anyway thats about it.

Hey S77thArcherWelcome to SSC and again good job on that story and background on that game material. SSC does have a fan fiction area so feel free to utilize it. :)You have played quite the few classics there S77thArcher and there is some more coming this year 2010 going to be a interesting one.

Yeah I noticed that you guys had a fan fiction area after I made that post. It probably would have been better of there, so if you want feel free to move it. And I may have to post a few chapters of my book up here if and when I get anything finished with it.

Yes definitely. Keep up the good work and i'll move that post into the fan fiction area so it don't get lost.You might want to contact lew82. He creates some good scifi related movies (http://www.spacesimcentral.com/sci-movies-and-television-f8/frontier-prelude-darkness-t717.html) and maybe he might need another project
