Well was looking into what is new for JGE and was pleasantly surprised to see that NetDevil really did a nice job on the new website (a lot better than the old), I know I need to learn how to make a website like that ;)But here is a nice gameplay video that shows off combat and cockpit view. Either I am blind or that cockpit didn't have a reticle? Do you see one?

That's looking a lot better since last I looked at JGE. Great audio. Good job of making the action feel like a close-in down-and-dirty dogfight.

Oh definitely better than most of there videos so far and will be interested to see all the faction ships and cockpit views. JGE definitely looks better via the cockpit view. The sound effects and the visuals were nice over those trailers, gameplay videos are always so much better gauge of a games progress.
