Best Asteroids remake

Hi people.I just wonder what the best Asteroids game (one of the most popluar Sci-Fi games from the frist time of computer games until the entire home computer area) remake could be. For me, that is- Asteroids ES http://www.epochstar.com/aes.phpand- Asteroidshttp://www.acid-play.com/download/robsoft-asteroidsBoth are close to the original Asteroids, providing good sound and acceptable graphics and can be played well during a break. How about your favorites?

I remember playing Asteroids on the Atari 2600 when I was a kid and I sure wore out that joystick. On the later stages when they would spawn you on the screen and the asteroids were everywhere it was total madness

Hi DarkOne,I had this experience too . However, one of my friends reached a high score of more than 77.000 points while playing Asteroids and I wondered how long he played because I needed for my little over 60.000 points almost 5 hours. So I think you must be "mad" to love this total "madness" with the asteroids .
