Hello from an old Elite Combateer...

I've just found my way here by way of the Pioneer game (v. impressed so far!). Not having come across the forum before, I thought I'd sign up.I was into Elite in a big way back in the 1980s, courtesy of a trusty ZX Spectrum and 48k of RAM. My currently space-sim fayre du jour is Oolite, which I'm sure you're all aware of.I'm no developer, but I've made some fan-fic contributions to the Elite/Oolite universe, following humbly in the footsteps of the late great Robert Holdstock and his seminal short story for Elite The Dark Wheel.
