Oh, well, registered a couple days ago, my first post may as well be a hello.Fan of space in general. Played Elite a long time ago in my speccy, and is my favorite game of all times - been looking for a decent heir ever since. Also played (and liked) Frontier and FFE. Also X series from the start (X-BTF), but although they are nice, Elite they are not (no "feeling of wonder and discovery").I'd love to see a game with frontier style physical universe (planets and moons with orbits,.. not the full newtonian physics though - combat sucks), great graphics, good background story + sandbox approach - ok, easier said than done

), so I'm a bit lost in all this confusion - after all, the space genre is quite varied (from X4s, RTSs to pure action...).Finally, grats to Darkone for picking up this theme and creating Space Sim Central!
