Just saw this on Xbox Dashboard and I didn't see a thread about it yet, so I thought I'd make one. An alien invasion film is coming out in a little less than a month, here's the trailer:

Saw the trailer a few times already cause I like the special effects. I am surely waiting to see this movie ... I just hope I wont be disappointed.

I have to say that this movie did warrant the hype because it was really good and it was better than what I expected. The camera angles were great and the movie did really decent job on the battles with the aliens. And when you watch the extras you really have to give it to the actors for doing what they did against a blue screen. When watching this you see how Skyline probably took some ideas from this movie. But I really like the aliens in this movie, so props to the fx dept. I would give this movie a 87% and probably one of the better alien/scifi movies that has come out the past 2-3yrs.

the enemy was different, but it was a war story, through and through. yeah, they where marines, and im army. but i honestly felt alot of understanding to the situation. the movie was excellently crafted to tell a soldiers story while being guilded with an enemy unknown.
