Space Stations of impossible docking

I want to make a "black list" of space stations in which, for various reasons, it is impossible to dock. For Example: Burton, Dace (8,3, -11) If you know any, please post it here.

It'd also be good to note the reason. If its broken terrain then we know about it. Other reasons might be bugs that we can address!

Yes. The idea is to avoid these locations in missions, and at the same time, see the common factors (or not) to help study a possible definitive solution.
