Had a look at the site and it looks quite good. As usual the bad guys have the best looking ships in the game. Also noticed they have a "Spitfire" ship in the game, wish they had just retro-fitted the classic Spitfire for space, that would have been a wee bit cooler. Iron Sky is the best movie i've seen all year! not kidding. and i just saw The Avengers recently. haven't seen the new Dark Knight movie so maybe that will give it some competition.

So I bought a copy of Iron Sky the Gotterdammerung edition contains game dvd of the film, art book, poster, music cd and special edition ship. painless installation for once and the game works first time no downloading any updates :biggrin: got the PC version but you can get it for the 360 and PS3 So what is it, well pretty standard space shooter with FMV from the actor of the film it starts off with 3 briefings including this motivational one from madam president After that you get get your first mission contact the space Nazis and you can undock from your home base the ISS big sucker and after a brief chat with admiral whats his name. It's war.

So after attacking the space zeppelin and shooting saucers I noticed that I was supposed to report back to the ISS. one good thing about the game is once you start playing missions are added so it end up as a more open world game than a linear progression. Couple of other thing which can done at the stations are changing ship and upgrading you ship by selling scrap which is picked up from destroyed ships. Got a new mission going to save the koreans space station. After battling some more saucers the Koreans give me a shiny new ship. Yay this more like it :biggrin:

Indian space station did a couple of mission saved the music festival sat but killed their most famous film director. Tactical map as you can see things are starting to get hot. Got some AI pals flying with me including the Mir station. Things have not gone too well earth being bombarded by asteroids from the Zeps, reputation taken a bit of a hit as well -500. Oh well onto to chapter 2.
